North Vancouver District Public Library invites you to participate in our social inclusion survey. Those who complete the survey will be eligible to enter a draw for a new iPad.

The survey is designed to help the library learn how it can be made more welcoming and inclusive. Results of the survey will help the Library make sure that it is providing the kinds of programs, services and resources that include and involve everyone in the community. Completion of the survey is voluntary, and all data will be analyzed so that the identity of the respondent is protected.

We estimate that the survey will take 10 minutes to complete. To access the survey online, click here. The survey will also be available in print format at each of our three locations starting Thursday, January 19. The survey will remain open until Friday, February 3. The winner of the iPad draw will be contacted February 13.
